The home stay is owned and run by Mr. Sonam Bhutia and his family, an extremely warm and welcoming lot who leave no stone unturned to make your stay memorable. #1. Location

The homestay is on top of a hill right next to the famous Khecheopalri lake and so offers 360 degree panoramic views of the surrounding landscape and mountains.

The location provides excellent views of snow capped Himalayan peaks such as Mt. Pandim (picture on the left), Mt. Narsingh etc.





#3. Sunrise Point
A one minute walk from the homestay and on the edge of the hill, you will find a mesmerizing sunrise point with 180 degree vistas.




#4. Walk down to the Khecheopalri lake
A walk down to the Khecheopalri lake takes just 20 minutes from the homestay, down the forest path along the slope of the hill.







#5. Monasteries
There is an old Buddhist monastery right next to the homestay and there is another one beside the lake below where one can admire traditional Buddhist architecture and art.



#6. Organic Food
The homestay offers fresh organic food which is locally grown and procured. Traditional meals are prepared for memorable dining experiences.









#7. Trekking Routes
Trek along enchanting forest paths and reach breathtaking viewpoints such as the Vajare Hill top which is at 3500m and offers panoramic view of the Kanchenjungha range.
